It’s convenient because you can choose the type of doctor you want to see, but costs will vary. Texas Department of State Health Services Call 211, choose English or Spanish, and then press 6 for information about coronavirus. This is a number you can call for information about coronavirus. They are available in English and Spanish and will be able to direct you to low-cost doctors in your area, but it is a very long wait time to be able to talk to someone on the phone. Virtual Care for Kids Round Rock: 512-813-6850 Services are available in English and Spanish. You have to have a child enrolled in Austin ISD for them to receive these services. As of 3/23, all wait times are under two minutes and copays have been waived for AISD telemedicine visits. Health and Wellness 3/31/20
Vida Clinic When I called, I was not able to get through to anyone. You are able to email them at [email protected] or call 512-518-2209 Teletherapy sevices are now being offered free of charge to the entire AISD community. Services are available in English and Spanish. When I called, I was not able to get through to a person on the phone. However, you can also reach someone via email.
